It's time for a fun night out with Chef Stef!!! Come join us as we create flavor-packed dishes with bourbon as an ingredient!  

In this demonstration you will learn how to prepare a five-course menu.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience. 

Just sit back, eat, drink and socialize while we do all the work!

Romaine Apple Red Onion Salad With Gorgonzola & Candied Pecans

Bay Scallop & Sweet Corn Succotash With Jalapeño Boubon Cream Sauce

Chocolate Bourbon Bread Pudding With Vanilla Ice Cream

Wine & Cocktail Tastings 

About the Classes:  Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age.
