Whether you're a seasoned player or part of a regular Mahjong group, this is your chance to enjoy a relaxed evening of open play in one of Central Illinois' most unique social settings.

Designed for experienced American Mahjong players, this social event combines great games, handcrafted margaritas, tastings, and an inviting atmosphere where you can relax, connect, and enjoy one of America's fastest-growing social games. Whether you're planning a night out with friends or looking to meet fellow Mahjong enthusiasts, Mahj & Margaritas is the perfect way to play, sip, and socialize.

This is OPEN PLAY—not a class. No formal instruction will be provided. Guests should already have a basic understanding of American Mahjong and be comfortable playing independently.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

Your registration includes a curated flight of three handcrafted margarita tastings.

Guests who prefer a full-size signature mocktail are welcome to substitute the margarita flight with a mocktail.

Please let us know in the Order Notes at checkout if you prefer a mocktail.

**Additional handcrafted cocktails, margaritas, wine, beer, mocktails, coffee, espresso beverages, sodas and other drinks will also be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Registration & Seating

American Mahjong is played with four players per table.

Attending with Friends?

We highly recommend reserving a Table for Four or purchasing all four seats at the same time. This is the best way to ensure your group is seated together before the event sells out.

If members of your group register separately, please include the names of the other guests you'd like to be seated with in the Order Notes at checkout or email us at store1001@grovestone.com before the event. While we'll make every effort to seat your group together, seating requests cannot be guaranteed.

Seating is first come, first seated. Guests are encouraged to arrive early if they wish to sit with friends. While we'll do our best to accommodate seating requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Reserve Early

Seating is intentionally limited to provide a comfortable and enjoyable playing experience. Advance registration is strongly recommended, and these events are expected to sell out.

Cancellation Policy

All registrations are final.

There are no refunds or event credits.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge. Please email store1001@grovestone.com with the new guest's name, phone number, and email address before the event begins.
