Refund policy

At Grovestone, we stand behind the quality of our products and experiences. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Final

All sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged and was shipped by Grovestone, it may be eligible for replacement or refund.

Customers must notify us within 5 calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery by emailing store1001@grovestone.com .

To process a damage claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the original shipping box (all sides)

  • Photos of all packing materials

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging. Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, Grovestone will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Undamaged Returns (If Approved)

Undamaged returns are accepted only with prior approval and must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Be returned within 5 calendar days of delivery

Approved undamaged returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Gift baskets, gift boxes, and curated sets

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Deposits for private cooking classes or events

  • Tickets or purchases for public cooking classes, tastings, or events

Private Events & Classes

All deposits made toward private cooking classes or events are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling.

Public Classes & Events

All ticket purchases for public classes, tastings, or events are final sale and non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise determined by Grovestone. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Grovestone is not responsible for lost return shipments.
