1/13/2025 Julia Child Inspired 5-Course Cooking Class & Wine Tasting

When:  January 13th  2025, 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Where: Grovestone 1707 W Kirby Ave, Champaign

America’s favorite Chef, Julia Child helped bring classic French cuisine to the States and in turn inspired a generation of cooks to expand their skills.  

Come join us as we create flavor-packed dishes with the inspiration of Julia Childs. In this demonstration you will learn how to prepare a five-course menu.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience. Just sit back, eat, drink and socialize while we do all the work!

French Bistro Salad With Shallots, Walnuts & Lemon-Dijon Vinaigrette

Potage Parmentier (Potato and Leek Soup)

Boeuf Bourguignon (Beef Burgundy)

Wine Tasting

About the Classes:  Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds! To receive credit for a future cooking class, a one-week notice is required with a $10 processing fee. Requests must be emailed to loui@grovestone.com.
