Join us for an unforgettable hands on culinary experience with Grovestone's Cheese Monger Chef Steph and Champagne Tastings by Ben Delsasso from Winebow.
In this class, participants will learn how to assemble their very own charcuterie board, how to make a salami rose, and tips and tricks around cheese storage, selection, pairing suggestions, and more!
Participants will leave with an assembled charcuterie board (for 2 to 4 people), with additional items available to purchase to complete your ultimate holiday board that's guaranteed to impress!
All ingredients provided. One glass of wine included! Must be 21 or older to attend this class.
