Private Cooking Classes

We are now offering our space in Champaign for private demonstration style cooking classes. Our culinary instructor can create classes for bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate team building, clients, or a great night out with friends!

The minimum amount to book a party is $1000 and that covers up to 20 people.  $50 for each additional person above 20. We can accommodate up to 32 people.  

A $1000 Deposit is required to book a date.

Cancellation Policy:All private cooking class deposits and payments are non-refundable.

When you reserve a private cooking or wine-tasting experience with Grovestone, we reserve the date, our venue, chefs, staff, and ingredients specifically for your group. Because of the preparation and scheduling involved, all deposits and payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation & Credit

• To receive a credit, you must notify us of your cancellation at least 30 days (1 month) before your scheduled event date.
• If proper notice is given (30+ days in advance), you will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied toward another private cooking class, event, or experience at Grovestone.
• Credits must be used within 12 months of the original event date and are subject to availability.

Cancellations Within 30 Days

• If you cancel less than 30 days before your scheduled event,
• No refund will be issued, and
• No credit will be provided.

No-Shows

• If your group does not arrive for the scheduled private event and no prior notice is given, all payments remain non-refundable, and no credit will be issued.

Why This Policy Exists

Private events require advance planning, staffing, product ordering, and exclusivity of our space. This policy ensures we can continue to offer high-quality, memorable experiences for all of our guests.
