This five course experience is inspired by the flavors of village kitchens, sun-drenched olive groves, and long evenings gathered around the table. Each dish reflects the Mediterranean way of cooking: simple ingredients, treated with care, finished with generous olive oil, and meant to be shared.

At Grovestone, these flavors are personal. They echo the tastes of Greek family tables, citrus-lined hillsides, and meals where time slows and stories are passed as easily as bread.

Menu: 

Whipped Feta with Honey
Silky whipped feta finished with warm honey, extra virgin olive oil, and Mediterranean herbs. 

Lemon & Herb Chicken Soup
A comforting, citrus-bright soup made with rich chicken stock, fresh lemon, and gentle herbs—silky, warming, and timeless.

Mediterranean Orzo Salad
Tender orzo tossed with cucumber, tomato, fresh herbs, and a vibrant lemon olive oil vinaigrette.

Baked Pasta with Spiced Meat & Béchamel (Pastitsio-Style)
A classic oven-baked pasta layered with warmly spiced meat sauce and finished with a silky béchamel topping that is rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying.

Honey Olive Oil Cake
Moist citrus kissed cake made with olive oil and finished with a warm honey drizzle and spice.

Wine Pairing

About the Classes:  Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds! To receive credit for a future cooking class, a one-week notice is required with a $10 processing fee. Requests must be emailed to loui@grovestone.com.
