In Greece, food is never just food. It is memory, land, and family.

On March 14th, Grovestone will host a special five-course chef-led culinary and wine tasting experience inspired by village kitchens, sun-drenched olive groves, and long evenings gathered around the table.

Throughout the evening, our chef will guide guests through each course, sharing techniques, traditions, and flavor stories behind every dish. Guests will enjoy thoughtfully selected wine pairings, olive oil and balsamic tastings, and receive recipes to recreate the experience at home.

This evening carries even deeper meaning.

100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to Three Hierarchs Church in Champaign to support the repair of the sanctuary ceiling.

Three Hierarchs has been a spiritual home for many families in our community. This evening allows us to gather around the table — the most Greek way possible — and help restore a sacred space.

About the Classes:  Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age.
