This Mardi Gras inspired culinary experience is bold, festive, and unapologetically indulgent, designed for women (or men) who love great food, great drinks, and a reason to dress up just because.
This chef-led experience is guided by Kristina Adams Smith , a registered dietitian who brings both culinary expertise and nutritional insight to the table. Kristina blends bold Louisiana inspired flavors with thoughtful technique, showing how indulgent comfort food can still feel balanced and intentional.
You’ll enjoy five approachable, elevated courses, two thoughtfully selected wines, and one signature cocktail.
As dishes are prepared and presented, our chef will share the inspiration behind the menu, flavor pairings, and culinary tips you can bring into your own kitchen. A relaxed yet elevated experience designed to savor, sip, and enjoy.

About the Classes:Â Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds! To receive credit for a future cooking class, a one-week notice is required with a $10 processing fee. Requests must be emailed to loui@grovestone.com.
