Join us at Grovestone to learn about the many health and wellness benefits of mushrooms, which contain antioxidants, among other compounds, that can help to remove damaging free radicals from your body. Vegetarian Friendly!

About the Classes:  Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age to attend.

Bonus: Each student will receive 20% off olive oils & balsamics.
