9/30/2025 Autumn Harvest: A Pumpkin Inspired Cooking & Wine Experience

When: September 30th, 2025, 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Where: Grovestone 2419 Village Green Place, Champaign, IL

Join us for a cozy and flavorful evening where our chef brings the best of fall to life in a five-course cooking demonstration paired with hand-selected wines. From savory bites to decadent desserts, each dish celebrates the rich warmth and comfort of autumn ingredients.

To make the evening even more special, we’ll pour three exquisite wines thoughtfully selected to complement each course. Whether you’re a kitchen newbie or a seasoned cook, you’ll love the flavors, tips, and fun atmosphere.

Sit back, sip, and enjoy as we bring each dish to life in front of you, sharing techniques, ingredients, and stories along the way.

Great for date night or girls night out! Just sit back, eat, drink and socialize while we do all the work!

Cranberry Pumpkin Crostini -Crispy artisan bread topped with creamy goat cheese, a drizzle of balsamic, and a touch of pumpkin for the perfect sweet-savory bite.

Velvety Butternut Squash Soup -Silky smooth and garnished with roasted pumpkin seeds for a warm, nutty crunch.

Harvest Garden Salad -Crisp greens tossed with dried cherries, tangy feta, and a maple-pumpkin vinaigrette that captures fall in every forkful.

Penne with Pumpkin, Sausage & Sage -Comfort food at its best — hearty pasta in a savory pumpkin cream sauce with Italian sausage and fresh sage.

Decadent Pumpkin Brownies -Rich, fudgy brownies swirled with pumpkin spice for a sweet autumn finale.

Wine Tasting 

About the Classes:  Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age to attend.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds! To receive credit for a future cooking class, a one-week notice is required with a $10 processing fee. Requests must be emailed to loui@grovestone.com.
