10/6/2025 🔥 Embers & Aromas: A Smoke & Spice Fall Feast Cooking & Wine Tasting Experience

Join us at Grovestone for a cozy fall evening where every dish is kissed with smoke and layered with spice. From fire-roasted soups to maple balsamic vegetables and peach-glazed pork tenderloin, this seasonal menu is crafted to warm the soul and spark the senses.

We’ll guide you through each course, pairing bold autumn flavors with carefully selected wines finishing on a sweet note with our smoky, spicy chocolate chip cookies.

Sit back, sip, and enjoy as we bring each dish to life in front of you, sharing techniques, ingredients, and stories along the way.

Great for date night or girls night out! Just sit back, eat, drink and socialize while we do all the work!

Menu:

Autumn Harvest Salad- mixed greens with roasted apples, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and Grovestone  Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Smoky Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup - Fire roasted peppers and tomatoes blended into a smooth, rich soup and brightened with Grovestone Balsamic.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts - caramelized in Grovestone Roasted Onion Olive Oil, Maple Balsamic and finished with a touch of Caramel Sea Salt.

Spiced Peach Glazed Pork Tenderloin - oven roasted pork tenderloin coated with habañero olive oil Grovestone Peach Balsamic and our Applewood Chipotle for a sweet-heat balance.

Smokey and Spicy Chocolate Chip Cookies- chocolate chip cookies made with smoked chile olive oil and sprinkled with Grovestone Bourbon Barrel Smoked Flake Salt for a warm, salty finish.Q

Wine Tasting

About the Classes:  Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds! To receive credit for a future cooking class, a one-week notice is required with a $10 processing fee. Requests must be emailed to loui@grovestone.com.
