5/20/2024 Take A Wok On The Thai Side Cooking Class & Wine Tasting

When: May 20th 2024, 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Where: Grovestone 1707 W Kirby Ave, Champaign, IL

Join us at Grovestone as we tantalize our taste buds with the invigorating flavors of Asian-fusion cooking!  

We will create delicious dishes that blend flavors from places like Thailand, Japan, and Korea with a Mediterranean twist.

Just sit back, eat, drink and socialize while we do all the work!

In this demonstration, you'll learn how to prepare a five-course menu.  

Asian Chopped Salad With Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette  

Tom Kha Gai (Thai Coconut Soup)

Chilled Pad Thai With Peanut Sauce

Gochujang Braised Beef

Miso Caramel Cake

About the Classes:  Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds! To receive credit for a future cooking class, a one-week notice is required with a $10 processing fee. Requests must be emailed to loui@grovestone.com.
