Our super-premium ice cream is made from a 14% butterfat mix, 35-40% overrun, cane sugar and small farm Wisconsin milk. This along with our uniquely blended recipe is what makes our ice cream so rich, creamy and smooth. It’s also what makes our ice cream a consistent winner through the World Dairy Expo, LA International Dairy Competition and National Ice Cream Retailers Association.
