Roasted Red Pepper & Cheese Spread

This spread can't be confused with any other pepper and cheese spread.  It is in its own category of divine flavor and spreadability.  

We blended brilliantly red, sweet, fire roasted Florinas Pepper and the artisanal light yellow, sharp flavored Greek (Kefalotiri) Cheese.  Wood fire roasting makes the pepper sweeter and condenses its nutrients. 

We then enhanced its taste and spreadability with our robust,  American Heart Association® certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the right herbs and spices. 

This is a rich, thick spread that is perfect for making all things vegetarian, gourmet, quick and easy.

There are so many uses, imagination is the limit.  A few to share here: 

• make 5-star hamburgers, Mac ‘n Cheese and Grilled Cheesy sandwiches,
• sauce your pasta and spaghetti,
